BAM (Bible, Activities and Methodism)
The Trinity Youth Group meets every 1st and 3rd Sundays from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the youth

Building Committee Update
What's the Trinity Building Committee been up to this year?
The Trinity Building Committee is charged with making better use of our campus to serve our ministry needs.
We are thinking broadly about how we might use our property to support our mission. We are looking at redevelopment
options for the Sanctuary, Trinity Hall and the parking lot. The immediate need motivating our work is the need to make
decisions about our Sanctuary. We have not worshiped in the Sanctuary for 34 years, it requires seismic reinforcement,
and has extensive utility systems in need of upgrade. In order to inform either a decision to renovate or to demolish,
we have done more detailed geotechnical studies, hazardous material evaluation, a thorough site survey, and cost
estimates of renovation. We want to continue to provide space for the Free Clinic which is housed in the basement of
the Sanctuary.
We continue to explore options for how we might be good stewards of our land, and use our property to support our mission.
Any redevelopment of our property will be very expensive, so we are taking a careful look at what it might cost, ways we might
fund redevelopment, partners we might work with, and revenues that might be generated from different types of development.
It is a complicated jigsaw puzzle, and we are diligently doing the background work needed to be sure that any proposal will work
financially, as well as meet with our mission and values as an eco-justice oriented church.
